grew up in Granite City, Ill., a few miles from St. Louis, Mo.,
but professional boxer Ryan "Dangerous" Davis considers
himself a Salinas fighter now — and he intends to prove
it later this month.Davis, who moved to Salinas late last year
to train full-time with Garcia Boxing, says he'll donate a percentage
of the money he'll earn in his next bout to help save the Salinas
Public Libraries.Davis, 18-3-2, is scheduled to fight 10 rounds
against Juan Carlos.
